What to Do when you Don't do Grief

This is an interactive workshop where we explore how processing Grief is like a buffet with items such as spaghetti, waffles, and tenderized meat. Grief Coaches Jenny Dilts and Jenna Bonner will lay out a spread of offerings about Grief and how people process it. We discuss how Grief is both a universal part of the human experience and how it is uniquely individual. We explore different ways of expressing our grief– emotionally, physically, and cognitively– and invite participants to share their own experiences with Grief.

Facing Grief in the Healthcare Workplace

HealthCare professionals have faced unprecedented challenges in 2020. These stresses keep us from connecting with others and living our lives. Long stressful hours, the inability to be with loved ones, struggling to provide the best care for patients, watching grieving families say goodbye remotely—all while being immersed in grief day in and day out personally and professionally.

Join Grief Workers Kevin Ringstaff and Jenny Dilts in creating a safe space to acknowledge and talk about this unique grief in the healthcare environment. Topics include burnout, collective and individual grief, and self-care.
